  • When we’re on the brink of spring, I love to welcome the season by dedicating a whole weekend, to a deep clean and reorg of my entire workspace and ceremoniously walking into forest and celebrating every drop of water on fresh leafs and enjoying the first sun rays that play in the trees ending my walk with my bare feet so that the Earth takes all the negative emotions and energies that my body and brain managed to gather during the winter. This is my my spring ritual. Spring always feels like the perfect time for a new beginnings.
